ORDERS

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately we're unable to change or cancel orders once they've been processed. However, if you’ve made a mistake (e.g. with the delivery address), the best thing to do is to get in touch via our contact form here and we’ll do our best to help.

What type of payment do you accept?

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes, a confirmation email should come through immediately once your order has been placed. However, this can sometimes be misplaced and end up in your junk mail, so be sure to check there too! If you can’t see it, please get in touch and we will put our detective hats on and find out what’s happened to your order.

I have a promotional code, how do I use it?

Lucky you! At the checkout, just type your code in to the box saying "Coupons" and hit "Redeem". Your cart should now show the promotional discount.

Here's the boring stuff regarding promotional codes:

- Offers are only valid on purchases made through dates listed in the offer.

- Offers cannot be applied to previous or pending purchases.

- Offers cannot be combined with any other offer.

- Offers are not redeemable for cash or credit, and lost or stolen offers will not be replaced.

If you're having trouble with your code, please get in touch and we'll look into it for you.

Is there a minimum order?

No.

What sizes do are your bags and jars?

Our bags and jars are 50g each.

 

DELIVERIES

When will I receive my order?

We try to dispatch all orders placed today, the following business day (e.g. if you order on the Monday, we'll dispatch it on the Tuesday). Orders to UK Mainland are shipped next day delivery via our preferred courier, so you should receive your order within 2 – 4 working days depending on your choice of delivery options, but at busy times of the year such as Christmas it can take up to 4 – 5 working days to arrive.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with your unique tracking number (if applicable to your delivery option).  If there is a query with the address provided, please leave a contact number in the box provided when entering your address so the courier can rearrange the delivery and prevent any further delays to you getting your crunch!


Do you post on Weekends?

Unfortunately, we do not currently post orders on weekends.


Can I change the delivery address?

This is sometimes possible if you contact us in time, however, not guaranteed. If you think you might want to change the address please get in touch as soon as possible via our contact form (here) and we’ll do our very best to intercept your order.
 

Do you ship outside the UK?

We currently do not, but watch this space!

My order hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?

For all applicable UK orders, you should receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched from our warehouse (bear in mind this can sometimes end up in the junk mail folder) which you can use to track your order on our couriers’ website as stated in the order sent email.  If you have any problems you can call the courier’s customer service number and they can track your parcel for you, or get in touch with us if you need our help!


Do I have to be in to receive my delivery?

All deliveries need to be signed for so please make sure your delivery address is somewhere where someone will be able to sign for the package between 9am – 5pm on a weekday. If nobody is in, the courier will leave a card to let you know that delivery failed with instructions for rearranging the delivery, or the address of the local depot to collect it from.

How much does delivery cost?

Our standard delivery service (4 working days) costs £6, and our express delivery (2 working days) costs £10.

 

Serving and Storage

How do I keep my crunch fresh?

We want you to enjoy our crunch at its best so we offer these recommendations for helping to extend its freshness:

- Make sure you eat the crunch within 5 days of opening the pack, if it lasts that long

- Once opened, store in a cool, dry place away from hungry people

How long are the best before dates?

We try and deliver crunch to you with a minimum of 3 months shelf life if kept in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight and heat.

 

Nutrition, Allergens and Safety Warnings

What is the nutritional information?

50 g contains. Energy 1065kJ / 254kcal, Protein 3.8g, Carbohydrate 30.8g (of which sugars 7.4g), Fat 12.6g (of which saturates 1.9g), Fibre 1.2g, Sodium 0.15g


I have some food allergies, which flavours can I eat?

Crunch is made in an environment where nuts may be present.  It also contains contain milk and flour. Please get in touch if you have any specific dietary requirements that you would like us to investigate for you.


Is crunch gluten free?

It is not but we are developing a gluten free version.


Is crunch suitable for vegetarians?

Crunch is suitable for vegetarians.

 

Events

I want to order bulk crunch, how much should I order?

You can order our crunch in bulk packs through the contact form on our website. We recommend allowing for about 30 - 50g of crunch per person as a snack.


Do you have discounts available for big orders?

We do indeed have discounts available for larger orders; kindly send us a message using the contact form for pricing.
